Requirement:

2 to 4 years of experience in Java J2ee development.
A proven track record of design, development and delivery
Strong on Object Oriented concepts
Good understanding of Design Patterns
Good Hands on skills in technologies like EJB, Struts, JSP, Servlets
Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities

Details as follows:
Your recruiting process will be comprise of the following steps:

a) Online Test - This is an objective based questions and we judge you on the following parameters: (Using java.language package; Retrieving data using Select Statements; Understanding Overload, override and Object orientation; Using servlets; Creating input and Output Streams; Entity bans; using stateless Session beans; J2EE Application Architecture Design and best practices; JDBC; Web component Development using JDBC; Web Component Development using JSP; Understanding JAVA utilities; handling Events; Using Flow control and exception handling; SQL statements)

b) Domain Interview - This is a Face to face discussion, only if you clear the online test. Here the interviewer will judge you on Object Oriented Concepts ; language Concepts which includes usage of data structures; Event handling; garbage collection; exception handling; JSP, struts etc; Design patterns; Deployment; Hibernate; Build Process; Unit Testing and Basic SQL queries. They will also discuss on project processes and completeness of your work.

c) Attribute Interview - This is the second face to face discussion, if you clear the domain interview. This is an important round and your readiness and soft skills are judged. Interviewer will judge you on your Aptitude; problem solving ability; Team readiness - as contributor and your leadership skills; commitment; Pride-quality of work; Curiosity and Hunger to learn new technologies

Each round is an elimination round. I would recommend that you come prepared for our recruiting process.
