Primary Skills: Core Java, J2ee, Servlets, JSP, Hibernate 3.0, Spring, Struts, Tiles, Rational Rose, UML, Design Patterns, RAD6/7 or Eclipse Based IDE, DB2 or Understanding of SQL, WAS(Optional). EJB 2.0/3.0(Optional) Desirable Skills: 1.Should have at least 3 yrs of relevant experience on J2ee. 2. Should have at least 1.5 yr of experience in Hibernate & Spring. 3. Should have at least 1 year of Web services development exposure 4. Have strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and client facing skills. 5. Certifications in related skills are preferred. 6. Passion to learn new technologies and to upgrade versions of technology. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Specifying functionality, requirement gathering, analysis & detailed technical design. 2. Holds End to End responsibilities for assigned task / activity 3. Design, Code & Test assigned task / activity 4.
