Ability to understand and suggest improvements in current architecture.  3 years or more experience in working with LAMP on live projects. Experience in CMS like Drupal / Joomla / Wordpress, Cake PHP, Zend framework, etc,. would be an added advantage.  Excellent communication and good command on English language skills is must.
