Someone with interest in open source technology and strong work ethic is most suitable What you would be doing? (1) Work the most exciting projects and service deliveries (2) Work with the clients to understand and deliver requested features (3) Handling a team of designers and developers to create a compelling experience of the platforms. (4) Project progress review and control (5) Review, revision and monitoring of project schedules with respect to time and cost (6) Managing and delivering projects and products for web development in open source technology. Should have expert knowledge of PHP, CakePHP, Java, Joomla, Magento, Drupal, Sugar CRM and other open source technologies. Skills you should probably have: (1) Strong working and developmental knowledge of PHP/MySQL and the fundamentals of Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal and Magento (2) Good object oriented and database programming skills (3) Ability to troubleshoot issues in existing applications and estimating new features. (4) Experience on any MVC frameworks (5) Should be analytical, able to understand functional requirements and can build prototypes (6) Should have excellent communication skills (7) Should have strong leadership skills (8) Prior experience in managing client requirements and expectations Additional Edge: (1) Working experience on Linux (any flavor) (2) Experience in SEO will be highly regarded (3) Understanding and working in an agile environment would be preferred Company Profile: We are a product development company based out of Jasola, New Delhi (Yes, we are located in the plush DLF Towers, next to the upcoming metro station).
