Software Development Experience - 6+ years
J2EE/Java - 4+ years of Enterprise Web Development Experience
Spring - 2+ years
Hibernate / Ibatus - 2+ years
Eclipse - 2+ years Experience
UML - 4+ years of Project Experience
Mature design pattern usage - 3+ years of Project Experience
Mature design, coding, testing and debugging skills
Working knowledge of web services technology and SOA practices
Other Useful Experience: UCM, ClearCase, ClearQuest, RUP, SOA, XML technologies
Experience with offshore or offsite models
