Should have worked on cutting edge technologies like Java / J2EE, Hibernate, Spring Framework. - Must have strong knowledge in Architecture and UML based design, Design patterns, Java, Servlets, JSP, & Oracle database- Do Architecture, design and consulting including High Level Design & Low Level Design.- Develop Standards, Guidelines and Best Practices for Architecture, Design and Development.- Performance engineering and benchmarking, implementing security best practices.- Ability to understand business processes and business problems and provide solution.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple products.
