Designation :- Analyst- Customer Support Technical

Job Location :- Airoli (Navi Mumbai)

Job Description :-
•Providing resolution to the customer as per the set SLO through email and phone
•Work on all different case reason for eg: bug in application, feature request etc.
•Testing the issue on local setup and also on client setup to know the root cause of the issue
•Interact with client teams, support team members and Consulting team members and assist clients to smoothly execute On-line events for eg; RFP, RFI, RFQ, Standard and Advance Auction
•Subject matter expert on purpose, content, schedule and monitor GeP software
•Coordinate auction schedules between clients, suppliers and Customer support
•Training suppliers on software and sourcing techniques through webex and teleconference
•Live event monitoring, coaching and intervention and Developing and presenting reports on events
•Handling & mentoring a team of Customer Support Executives
