Job Description:
Position responsible for design, coding and testing for various key projects for customer on-boarding application and Single Sign on solutions. Should be key lead developer in delivering application solutions to production and also work efficiently with offshore team(s) to achieve this.
Should effectively and efficiently interact with various IT teams across other organizations.
Position is also responsible for design, coding, testing of new Work requests.
Will also be responsible for the systems architecture and performance.
Position demands extensive experience in working on large projects using technologies such as J2EE, Weblogic , Oracle, Hibernate etc.
Will require a thorough understanding of software design, testing and performance tuning for J2EE Applications.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge on J2EE, Weblogic 10/8, Oracle, XML, AJAX, SOAP and SQLs along with strong Web Development experience.
Should have extensive knowledge and hands on experience on Struts, Java faces frameworks and should be familiar with Eclipse, JUnit tools.
Should have hands strong experience running application environments on Solaris and Linux OS.
Should have strong hands on experience with CVS and Clearcase version control tools.
Should have strong design concepts and hands on experience with UML modeling.
Leadership experience and skills to guide others as needed is also needed.

Job Description:
Senior Developer responsible for participating in developing high level designs, detailed designs, creating flows, and coding to support devices in the client's network using the specific device protocols, and supporting the development team in implementing the proposed solutions.
Requires involvement in all aspects of software life cycle, working with business partners, peers, leads, planning, vto and device vendors.
Excellent technical skills are required in E2E Business Application development using BEA Weblogic, J2EE, Struts, Ajax, Hibernate, Oracle and ANT.
Design and develop web services and web service client to communicate to other systems and develop XSLT to transform XML's.
Experience in common synchronous and asynchronous messaging modules using SOA and ESB architectures and JMS API.
Experience in working on HP/Sun Unix platforms.
Experience in using telnet, and socket programming in java. Knowledge in device protocols like TL1, CLI, XML etc.
Telecom domain knowledge including optical transport network is required to understand business needs.
This position requires a candidate with very clear communications capabilities, and should be a quick learner, and with good experience in Java/J2EE technologies.
