Job Description: Manage independently all windows and web software implementations Provide telephonic support as well as on site support Responsible for release / deployment of all windows and web based application. Coordinate with windows/web application team in case of trouble shooting clients problem Support Manager will be responsible to improve the implementation methodology, Plan, schedule, track and manage the software implementation projects. Support Manager will manage the entire team of Support Engineers.
