Brief Job Description Should have worked on web based projects. Should have worked on hibernate for at least 1 year, preferably Hibernate Version 3. Should have experience in Struts/JSF or any other industry standard framework. Working knowledge of design patterns. Should have written technical documentation, LLD. Should have experience in Production Environment (High Volume, Large Scale environment). Should have worked on Application servers like Tomcat/ JBoss / Web sphere/ Web logic. Experience in Jboss is preferred. Should have hands on experience on Oracle database. Should have basic level experience in Unit testing framework, preferably JUnit. Should have basic level experience on build tools like ANT/MAVEN. Offshore experience is a must. Spring is good to have. Good to have experience in DROOLS/BRMS tools. Good to have team management / Team leading experience. Good communication skills. Prefer candidates who can join immediately. Existing B1 Visa would be an added advantage.
