Linux and Unix based environments: Should be an expert in using the PHP CLI. Should be a friend to VIM and EMACS. e. Javascript, and Asynchronous technologies (AJAX) f. Good HTML and CSS skills. Should be able to design a UI in a pinch. g. Experience with writing W3C compliant code. h. Experience with Content Management Systems like Joomla, wordpress, drupal et. Al.
