Requirements: - 3-6 Yrs Exp. for Sr. PHP Developers - 6-8 yrs Exp for Team Lead
- Proficient with OOP concepts and design patterns
- Good knowledge of Javascript, jQuery, jQueryUI
- Experience in product development
- Follows agile development concepts like XP, SCRUM etc.
- Independent thinker and innovator
- Follows test driven development and has experience with technologies like Selenium
- Experience in developing scalable web applications
- Solid usage experience of Git, SVN, MVC Frameworks
- Proficient in HTML5, XHTML, CSS
- Can design interfaces that follow best UX practices
- Good at handling and meeting deadlines
- Analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Quick learner with passion for self-learning practices and improvement of self and team skills
Nice-to-haves:
- Linux administration and command-line proficiency
- Good design skills
- Performance optimization/ scalability/ availability
